五金产品QC
职位描述：
1、样品检验；
2、制程检验；
3、大货成品检验；
4、书写质量检验报告；
5、新供应商验厂并书写验厂报告;
6、协助采购专员督促供应商改善；
7、协助金属采购专员开发产品；
8、协助金属采购专员跟催、协调工厂生产进度；
9、协助金属采购专员盘点库存脚轮或库存笼车等产品；
10、工厂厂长和采购经理指派的其它工作（不出差的时候）.
11、工作地点：宁波。


任职要求：
1、机械类、模具类或者材料类专业毕业；
2、5年以上五金产品或者机械领域工作经验；
3、熟悉常见的五金产品的品种、规格、加工工艺及表面处理工艺；
4、熟悉五金产品的基本质量标准；
5、能看懂五金产品的设计图纸；
6、能够熟练操作microsoft office软件(尤其是word和excel)或者苹果iworks软件, 能熟练进行简单的图片处理比如更改图片大小等；
7、有较强的动手操作能力；
8、做事认真负责、有条理，愿意经常出差；
9、中文沟通流利，能看懂一些常用的英语单词，***能简单的英语口语交流；
10、具有较强的团队协作意识。


QC for Hardware Products Line
Job Description:
1、Samples inspection；
2、Inline inspection；
3、Finish goods inspection；
4、Write inspection reports；
5、Do supplier factory audit and write audit report;
6、Assist purchasing merchandiser to lead suppliers to improve and track supplier performance;
7、Assist purchasing merchandiser to develop new items；
8、Assist purchasing merchandiser to push or coordinate production order status；
9、Assist purchasing merchandiser to do caster and trolley inventory;
10、Do works assigned by Ningbo factory or purchasing manager during the time not on travel.
11、Worksite: Ningbo.


Job Requirements：
1、Major in Machinery、Mould or Hardware Material；
2、5+ working experience in Hardware or Machinery；
3、Familiar with basic categories、scales、manufacturing and surfacing treatment for hardware products；
4、Familiar with basic quality standard of hardware products；
5、Can read artworks of hardware products；
6、Skillful in Microsoft Office software (especially Word and Excel) or Apple iworks software; Could do simple editing on pictures such as modifying picture size；
7、Strong ability in manual operating；
8、Conscientious and well organized; Willing to travel；
9、Good in Chinese communication; Can read basic English words, simple oral communication ability in English is a plus；
10、Have strong teamwork spirit.
