Job Responsibilities:
职位描述： Planning, organizing, controlling, managing and directing production activities Follow Specification Sheet to product bulk exactly, make sure goods are made correctly. Do production planning and submit to general manager for approval. Fill production planning chart and update production schedule on time; Organize material flows and track inventory to keep the workflow going smoothly. Manage timelines and work priorities to meet the assigned production schedule. Supervise quality variation and enforce quality control to meet clients’ requirements and keep it to be consistent; Design efficient workflow and delegate the right work to the right worker. Responsible for out-put statistics and recording, assist accounting department to calculate and checking worker salaries. Responsible for manufacturing costing control and efficiency improvement. 计划、组织、管控并指导生产工作。 严格按照大货生产工艺单进行生产，确保产品正确生产。 制定生产计划并上交总经理审批，按要求填写生产计划表，并按时更新生产进度表； 组织原材料周转和存货监控，确保生产流水运转顺利。 管理生产节点和优先顺序确保完成既定的生产计划。 监督质量变化，加强质量控制管理，确保品质稳定并符合客户要求。 编排高效流水线，安排合适的工人做合适的工作。 负责统计记录车间工人产量，并协助财务部门核算工人工资。 负责制造成本管控和生产效率改善提升。span> Managing, training and motivating factory workers. Hold production meetings to summarize problems and carry out improvement solutions, meanwhile explain and teach workers how to do better. Work out efficient ways to motivate workers, enhance their cooperation degree, track and evaluate their performance and out-put, keep doing continuous improvement. Make training plans for workers which includes product trainings, skill trainings, machine maintaining trainings, labor discipline trainings and safety manufacturing rule trainings and so on. Job Requirements: College degree or above, major in GARMENT or TEXTILE Engineering. Over 35 years old, min. 5 years managerial experience in TEXTILE products manufacturing, a candidate with IE working experience is the 1st priority. Professional in garment, home textile or industrial textile products technology. Strong sense of quality and strong ability in quality control. Have general knowledge of lean manufacturing and have the ability to use it in workflow arrangement and improvement. Strong consciousness of manufacturing costing and labor costing control. Can do sewing physically and can coach sewers to do it better, be efficient in communicating with workers and have the ability to manage them well. Work with systematic and logical manner, be well organized and can manage personal emotion well. Open-minded, excellent in communicating, sophisticated in problem solving. Excellent skills in planning, organizing, coordinating, have strong executive ability. Have team spirit, could work with various departments smoothly. Self-motivated meanwhile can motivate others. Honest, reliable and responsible. Native Chinese, good English skills at least in writing and reading, English speaking is a plus. Skillful in using computer such as Microsoft office (especially Word and Excel) and Email. Flexible in working time.span>
