高级样衣工职位描述和要求


职位描述：
按物料单到仓库领取样衣制作所需要的原材料; 按照工艺单和质量要求准确缝制样品，并确保样品按时制作完成； 检查样品质量并对样品中存在的问题提供改善建议； 提供原材料单耗和各工序的工时，并与工厂技术人员协作拍摄制作视频记录制作时间，为大货生产和成本核算提供数据支持； 按要求的模版填写新样品开发工艺单，以备大货订单参考，并按要求的规则归档样品开发工艺单； 负责对样衣工作台和制作机械的日常维护。 完成上级主管安排的其它事宜。


任职要求：
高中及以上学历； 7年以上服装、纺织品或者箱包制作经验； 精通纺织品制作工艺，做工精细； 具有较好的理解能力，能看懂工艺单和样板，能透彻理解客户和上级主管的要求； 具有较强的品质意识，能够主动发现问题并主动改善； 对工序和工时有较好的认知，对自己提供的数据认真负责； 熟练使用各种缝纫设备尤其是梭织缝纫设备，具有基本的设备维护技能； 会用电脑填写Excel模版表格，并会简单的图片处理比如修改图片大小； 良好的沟通表达能力，能够清楚、有条理地表达自己的想法。 实事求是，富有责任心，具有团队协作意识。










JD for Senior Sample Maker

Job description: Apply for raw materials for making samples from warehouse according to the material list from technician; Follow technical sheet and quality requirement to make samples correctly and make sure to finish them on time; Inspect samples and provide suggestions to resolve problems or improve quality; Provide consumptions for raw materials, provide standard runtime for every sewing process, work with technician to take videos for the sewing procedures and record the runtimes so as to provide data support for bulk production and costing calculation; Fill in Tech.Pack template for new samples so as to provide data reference for bulk order, meanwhile, follow the required regulation to file all Tech.Pack sheets; Responsible for the maintaining of the worktable and machines for sample making; Accomplish other works delegated by supervisors.



Job Requirements： High school degree or above; At least 7 years of sewing experience in garment, home textile or bags; Proficient in textile products sewing technique, have the ability to do exquisite workmanship; Have good understanding ability, could understand technical sheet and pattern well, could understand requirements from customers’ and supervisors clearly without too much explanation; Have strong quality sense, could find and improve problems actively; Be familiar with workflow and runtime, be serious and responsible for sampling data. Skillful in using all kinds of sewing machines especially sewing machines for woven products, have general skills in machine maintaining; Can use computer to fill Excel template document and do simple editing on pictures such as changing the size; Be good in communicating, could express your own ideas clearly and orderly; Honest, steady and reliable, have teamwork spirit.
