主要工作职责Major Job Responsibilities:


1. 根据公司的经营目标及经营计划, 进行全公司各岗位的职位分析与岗位描述,明确各岗位权、责、利及任职资格要求
According to the company’s business objectives and business plan to define responsibilities of each role and qualifications
2. 建立公司的招聘系统,制定招聘计划、发布招聘信息、筛选应聘人员资料,实施人员面试招聘
Set up recruitment system, formulate recruitment plans,publish recruitment information, screen candidates’information and conduct interviews.
3. 负责拟定部门薪酬制度和方案,建立行之有效的激励和约束机制
Set up and standardize company salary system, establishing effective incentive and rules.
4. 员工关系管理,包括办理员工入职、签劳动合同、办理社保的申报及缴纳和公积金办理、人事档案、续签,辞退和离职手续,解决投诉和劳动争议等。
Employee relationship management, including staff entry, signing labor contracts, social security declaration and housing fund, personnel files, employment renewal, dismissal and resignation procedures, solving complaints and labor disputes.
5. 人事规章制度的规划、制定、修订,使员工的管理有章可循。
Company personnel rules and regulations amendment and execution
6. 负责组织企业文化建设工作,包括团建组织、文体活动安排等; 宣传公司企业文化,建立积极向上、团结友爱的企业文化氛围.
Organizing Teambuilding activities to establish a positive and friendly company cultural atmosphere.
7. 负责每月考勤的汇总及填制工作,审核和办理请休假手续
Responsible for employees’monthly attendance report, holiday application approval
8. 各岗位KPI的制定与实施,保证绩效管理的有效性
KPI system implementation and execution to ensure effectiveness of performance.
9. 负责办公用品的采购和管理
Manage office supplies and purchasing
10. 假期通知发布
Publishing company holiday notices
11. 公司领导交办的其它工作
Other tasks assigned by the company leader

岗位要求Qualification Requirements:本科以上学历,人力资源相关专业,商务管理或相关专业
Bachelor or Master Degree in HR, Business Management or equivalent8年以上大型企业人力资源相关工作经验,3年同等职位及以上工作经验,有制造经验优先
Over 8 years relevant experience in HR field with large enterprises ,3 years working experience in same position or above.Manufacturing experience is preferred. 擅长招聘/员工关系/组织发展/薪酬福利; 在人才招聘、员工关系模块有扎实的专业功底及丰富实践经验
Good at recruitment/employee relationship/organizational development/Salary and benefits. Knowledgeable in talent recruitment and employee relationship. 熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策
Familiar with Chinese labour laws andlocal regulation developments有极强的责任心,有良好的合作精神、执行力强,工作有计划性,逻辑性和条理性
Strong sense of responsibility, Logic and a good spirit of cooperation能独立解决复杂的人事管理实际问题,具有较强的协调能力、人际理解
Able to resolve complex personnel management issues diplomatically and independently 精通英语听说读写
Fluent in oral & written English
